The New 42nd Street, Inc., New York, NY
Responsible for the design and construction of various projects of the New 42nd Street, including the New Victory Theater and the New 42nd Street Studio Building/ Duke on 42nd Street Theater (both recipients of AIA awards). Creation and oversight of production departments at the New Victory and Duke Theaters; review of design and construction process of the Ford Center and the Roundabout's American Airlines Theater. Coordinated with state and municipal agencies regarding design and execution issues. Also acted as theatrical consultant on the Duke Theater and designed support space for the New Victory expansion project (2001). Total value of these projects in excess of $110 million.

Created BAM's construction department and oversaw several capital projects, including Phase II of the Majestic (now Harvey) Theatre renovations (rigging, staging, support space, orchestra pit), Opera House rigging replacement, and the preliminary design of office and support space expansion (executed in 1995).

Supervised design and construction for this award-winning renovation, undertaken for the presentation of Peter Brook's productions Mahabharata and Cherry Orchard.
